We have 4 entries for the club clothing design contest. We have decided to vote via email rather than vote during Monday's fencing practice.
Voting will be done by email. One vote per club member. Entries will be attached to the email I will be sending out on Tuesday evening -- please reply that email with your name and vote. Note that those who receive our club emails are already on the mailing list. I will be making sure there will be no double votes -- so reply the email using your email address that you gave us to be added on the mailing list.
Results will be announced during Thursday's fencing practice and by email.
You will have a chance to decide which design you want plastered on the front (chest area) of the t-shirts and the back of the hooded shirts.
E.g. "I would like to vote for entry "A" for the t-shirt, and "Z" for the hooded shirt."
A new design for the t-shirt would be necessary; however, for the hooded shirts, we also have a second and third option for those who do not want a particular design screenprinted on the back -- in the past, instead of having a back design there, we had "FENCING" written on it; there is also the option of having nothing screenprinted on the back of the hooded shirt at all, but instead, the people just kept the official UBC Fencing Club crest on the front upper left (chest area) of the hoody.
