Thought I'd pass along this to some of you who already plan on entering competitive tournaments this year. You'll need a fencing passport for this so remember to first renew/purchase your CFF licence for $10 directly on the CFF website, followed by going to the BC Fencing Association website and purchasing a BCFA membership for $30.

There is the Dynamo Duel Senior Tournament coming up on December 13-14, 2008. The Dynamo Fencing Club is hosting this event at their club (Unit 3122 - 12811 Rowan Place, Richmond, BC).
Events include:
- Senior Men's Foil - Saturday December 13 - 9:00 am
- Senior Women's Epee - Saturday December 13 - 12:00 pm*
- Senior Mixed Sabre - Saturday December 13 - 2:00 pm*
- Senior Men's Epee - Sunday December 14 - 9:00 am
- Senior Women's Foil - Sunday December 14 - 12:00 pm
- Senior Women's Sabre - Sunday December 14 - 12:00 pm
*There seems to be a typo on askfred, the Senior Women's Epee and Mixed Sabre says "November 22" but I'm sure the tournament organizers really meant December 13...
Each event will cost $25. If you are interested, you should pre-register by December 12, 2008 at 10:00 pm, to avoid late fees (or else fees will double).
